Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Era. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the app.

Use & Rules

By using Era, you agree to use the app only for personal skincare tracking and to abide by these guidelines:

• Use Era to document and understand your personal skincare journey.
• Don't attempt to copy, hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app or its services.
• Don't use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Your Content & Ownership

Everything you log belongs to you. We don't claim any ownership of your photos, journal entries, or progress logs.

By using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data on your device solely to provide app functionality. You can delete your data at any time from within the app settings. Era Pro subscribers can also export their data as a backup file.

No Medical Advice

Era is a journaling and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, professional diagnoses, or treatment plans. All content and insights provided within the app are for informational and tracking purposes only. Always consult with a qualified dermatologist or medical professional for skin health concerns.

Limitation of Liability

Era is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for any actions, products, or decisions you choose to use or track based on information within the app. We accept no liability for any skincare outcomes, product reactions, or other consequences arising from your use of the app.

Purchases & Subscriptions

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to the App Store payment terms. We do not directly handle, collect, or store your billing or credit card details. Cancellation and refund requests must be requested directly through your Apple ID settings.

App Store Terms

This agreement is between you and Era, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, or any support or maintenance services. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, Apple is not responsible for any claims, losses, or expenses.

Your use of Era is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at Apple Standard EULA.

Termination

You can stop using Era at any time by deleting the app. All locally stored data is permanently removed upon uninstallation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Era Pro features if these terms are violated.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. For details on what data is collected and how it is used, please see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make changes, we will update the date at the top of these terms or notify you through the app. Continued use of Era after terms are updated constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised terms.
